Round-up week 2

Last week a virus hit me and I was shut down for couple of days. I already felt very tired at the end of last week, so I’m lucky that the thing is over now. I’m back to training twice a day and will increase the mileage day-by-day.
Last weeks training:
Mo: 75min very easy
Tu: 50min easy
We: rest
Th: 25min very easy jog
Fr: AM: 35min very easy jog, PM: 1h indoor soccer
Sa: 35min very easy jog
Su: AM: 40min very easy, PM: 35min easy
