Germany sends strong team to U23-European Championships

The German Athletics Federation DLV nominated the team for the U23-European Championships 2009 that will take place in Kaunas (LIT) from 16th to 19th of July. Several medals are expected as, six German athletes currently lead the European Rankings. However in the distance events the expectations are not as high, even if some medals seem to be possible.
