8th Volksbank Münster Marathon 2009 results, 13.09.09

Richard Chepkwony and Ecler Loywapet (both Kenya) set new course records in Sundays Münster-Marathon with times of 2:12:02h (Chepkwony) and 2:37:06h (Loywapet). Fastest German man was Philipp Brouwer (2:30:18h), who just missed to go sub 2:30h.
The event had about 7.000 competitors, of which 3.400 competed in the marathon.
